Any special terms agreed upon for a specific campaign will take precedence over these general terms where applicable.
5. Qualifying Sales

Qualifying sales may be subject to requirements such as:
-
Purchasing through the approved campaign link
-
Purchasing during the campaign period
-
Purchasing eligible products
-
Providing the required campaign information
-
Completing payment successfully
Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded from fundraising calculations.
6. Fundraising Proceeds
The organization's fundraising proceeds will be calculated according to the terms agreed upon for the specific campaign.
The applicable fundraising percentage, contribution amount, or calculation method will be communicated before the campaign begins.
Proceeds are generally calculated from verified eligible sales, after accounting for applicable exclusions such as refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other non-qualifying transactions.
7. Campaign Promotion
Participating organizations are responsible for promoting their approved fundraising campaign to their supporters and community.
Friendship That Gives may provide approved promotional resources, campaign links, product information, or other materials where applicable.
Organizations must use approved campaign information accurately and must not make claims about fundraising proceeds, products, discounts, or charitable impact that have not been authorized.
8. Marketing Materials & Brand Usage
Friendship That Gives may provide approved logos, product images, campaign graphics, descriptions, and other marketing materials.
Organizations may use these materials only for promoting the approved fundraising campaign and must follow any usage instructions provided.
Organizations must not modify branding or create misleading promotional claims without appropriate approval.
9. Orders & Fulfillment
Mindfulness manages qualifying online orders and product fulfillment according to the applicable campaign agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing orders.
Shipping charges, delivery timelines, product availability, and other order conditions will be communicated through the applicable purchasing process.
10. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back purchases may not qualify toward fundraising proceeds.
If proceeds have already been calculated or distributed and a qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded or charged back, the corresponding amount may be deducted from a future proceeds payment or otherwise adjusted.
11. Proceeds Distribution
Approved fundraising proceeds will be calculated from verified eligible sales and distributed according to the schedule agreed upon for the campaign.
The organization may be required to provide accurate payment and organizational information before proceeds can be distributed.
Any applicable payment processing requirements, minimum payout thresholds, or administrative requirements will be communicated during campaign setup.
